SUBSTANCE: invention proposes composition treated by external energy source and containing sea salt aqueous solution, sugar and honey at the following amounts, g/l: sea salt 1-400; sugar 1-3000, and honey 1-6000 at ratio of components = 1:(0.0025-3000): (0.0025-6000). Composition is treated by current at impulse duration 10-8-1 s and impulse on-off time 1-104 s, at steepness of impulse front 1·108 - 1·1013 V/s by voltage, at current field intensity 90-100 kV/cm between electrodes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition, improved method of treatment.
