HYDRAULIC-PULSE STEP-ACTION PRESS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2093296 C1

FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly in machine engineering for blanking parts. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic step-action press includes frame, rails for punch and die, hydraulic pulsator, pressure and draining lines connected respectively with hydraulic cylinder through non-return valve and with draining tank through hydraulic distributor. Novelty is arrangement of main hydraulic distributor in pressure line joining said hydraulic pulsator with hydraulic cylinder of said die. Hydraulic cylinder of punch has damper with safety device. Hydraulic pulsator with non-return valve is joined with hydraulic cylinders of punch and die by means of resilient link through reversing hydraulic distributor. Hydraulic cylinder of punch is provided with draining spool. Area of piston of hydraulic cylinder of die is more than that of hydraulic cylinder of punch by 1.3-2 times. Mechanism for controlling die motion has microcylinder with spring-loaded piston and double-arm lever secured to frame. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 3 dwg
