FIELD: metal engineering, presses of plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: the press has a bed, hydraulic cylinder with a tank, hydraulic pulser with a flywheel, punch step moving mechanism. The latter is furnished with a reduction gear with a flexible link and handle. Tool guides are made in a tool holder - the only changeable part. The hydraulic pulser actuator - the piston is furnished with two membranes: a membrane hermetic, flexible in axial direction, at the same time rigid in radial direction and a power return membrane.
