METHOD OF SYNERGISTIC TREATMENT OF CONCRETE MIX AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, comprehensive treatment of concrete mix prior to concreting. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of concrete mix by mixing of inert components with cement slurry treated in high-velocity activator to activate cement clinker minerals. Obtained mix is loaded into vibroelectric reactor, and subjected to vibroelectric heating with its motion to discharge zone and cyclically repeated impact-rotary action whose amplitude varies in direction of motion from 2.0 to 0.26 mm, and in discharge zone it amounts to 0.35 mm. The device has vibroelectric reactor mounted on vibration-damping base platform with supporting articulated cantilever. Installed in vibroelectric reactor is central metal pipe secured to supporting walls. Spiders with end pieces are attached to supporting walls for removal. Fastened to spiders are skeleton beams from dielectric material on which coaxial electrodes are installed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
