FIELD: construction engineering; methods and equipment for treatment of concrete mix. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of concrete mix to zone of heating of housing-pipe, vibration and electric heating at simultaneous impact action and transfer of mix to vapor-ion zone and unloading to forms. Treatment is additionally performed by electric and magnetic fields at intensity of 2-3 kW/m and 72-144 kA/m, respectively. Device for treatment of concrete mix has housing-pipe with loading funnel and unloading port; housing-pipe is suspended from hangers provided with shock absorbers, electrodes mounted inside housing-pipe on insulating core and attached vibrator. Mounted inside core are coil and cable connected to coil; cable embraces the housing-pipe. Additional vibrator is mounted on end face of housing-pipe. EFFECT: enhanced strength and improved physico-mechanical properties of concrete due to increased ionization and magnetizing. 3 cl, 1 dwg
