FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to utilizing manure to produce biogas and biofertilizers at cattle farms. Biomethane plant has casing separated by partitions into acid, neutral, alkali, and methane fermentation chambers with substrate withdrawal connecting pipes in upper parts and connecting pipes for raw material supply through disperser in lower parts of casing. Acid fermentation chamber communicates with gas collector enclosing clarified water collector and floating bottom. Solid-phase fermenter with perforated partition and perforated upright communicating with air forcing device is disposed on outer side of casing. Solid-phase fermenter has hinged walls on left and right sides of casing, their opening being mismatched on time scale. Upper part of fermenter communicates with methane fermentation chamber in respect to sludge, and fermenter channel communicates with clarified water collector enclosed in biomethane plant gas collector.
