FIELD: utilization of pig manure accompanied by generation of biogas, biofertilizers, protein and vitamin additives and deuterium. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has liquid manure receivers communicated with bioreactor with acid fermentation, neutral fermentation, alkali fermentation and methane fermentation chambers fitted with branch pipes and brought in communication by means of dispersers. Biogas section of methane fermentation chamber is communicated with gas receiver and its clarified mash section is communicated with fermenter. Fermenter has housing with technological branch pipes and perforated partitions mounted according to height of housing forming the sections. Partitions are provided with immobilizing checkerwork and sections are brought in communication with air superchargers. Lower section of fermenter is communicated with microfilter by means of branch pipe. Microfilter has non-rigid filtering partition. This section is communicated with disintegrator by means of branch pipe discharging sediment of aerobe biomass from housing. Disintegrator has housing with suction and delivery branch pipes and rotor with recesses mounted along axis of housing; these recesses are engageable with projections and recesses of housing via circular liquid passage; housing is provided with flexible watertight cover plate forming cavity together with housing separated from suction and delivery branch pipes. Cavity is brought in communication with tape press-filter by means of branch pipe. Receiver of press-filter is communicated with next stage of disintegrator which in its turn is communicated with next stage of disintegrator via receiver. It is communicated with electrolysis receiving chamber by means of branch pipe and with anode and cathode sections by means of semi-permeable partitions. Cathode section is communicated with deuterium receiver and with alkali solution receiver which in its turn is communicated with alkali solution chamber of bioreactor.
