FIELD: installations for operation with ferments and microorganisms. SUBSTANCE: plant has a liquid manure collector communicating with a bioreactor made of chambers of acidic, neutral, alkaline and methane fermentation. The latter are furnished with branch-pipes and communicate with one another through dispersers. The methane fermentation chamber communicates in biogas with a gas collector, in slime - with a band press-filter, and in clarified distiller's wort it communicates with a fermenter. The fermenter has a housing with process branch-pipes, perforated partitions forming sections. The lower section is provided with a blower of biogas from the gas collector. The fermenter housing is made of lightproof material, furnished with luminaries installed on the outside of the housing walls. The lower section of the fermenter communicates with the disperser provided with inlet and outlet branch-pipes. A rotor with a ribbed cylindrical surface engageable with the ribbed cylindrical surface of the housing through a liquid circular duct is installed in the disperser axis. The disperser outlet branch-pipe communicates with the band press-filter, and the press-filter clarified water collector communicates with the disintegrator. The latter has a cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet branch-pipes. Installed in the housing axis is a rotor with cavities engageable with the bosses and cavities of a flexible cover plate with water-proof holes exceeding the dimension of a capillary tube communicating the liquid circular duct with the cavity between the cover plate and housing disconnected from the inlet and outlet branch-pipes. Through a branch-pipe the cavity communicates with the collector of protium and deuterium water mixture and with subsequent two stages of disintegrators minimum. The branch-pipe of the last stage of the disintegrator communicates with the electrolysis inlet chamber using semipermeable partitions of the sections of anode acid solution and cathode alkali solution. The cathode section communicates with the bioreactor alkali fermentation chamber. The anode section communicates with the oxygen collector. The cathode section communicates with the deuterium collector. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
