APPARATUS FOR COMPLEX UTILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL CATTLE WASTES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has methane tank connected to agricultural waste collector and provided with chambers equipped with dispersers. Methane fermentation chamber of methane tank is communicated via mash and biogas pipes with fermenter. Housing of fermenter is divided into sections by perforated transverse walls carrying immobilizing head made in the form of hollow spherical balls. Fermenter top section is connected to methane gas collector and bottom section is connected to biogas blower. Fermenter is connected to centrifugal microfilter and via chlorella and sulfur bacteria biomass pipes to dynamic disintegrator. Rotor with magnetophore ring is positioned axially of dynamic disintegrator housing. Magnetophore ring has blind openings communicated via annular channel with openings in perforated ring which defines with disintegrator housing cavity communicated with heavy water collector. Dynamic disintegrator outlet branch pipe is connected to fermenter top section. Methane fermentation chamber of methane tank is communicated via biogas and mash pipes with fermenter of sequential step of apparatus with centrifugal microfilter and via chlorella and sulfur bacterial biomass pipes with sequential step of dynamic disintegrators and with superheavy water collector. Apparatus of such construction allows agricultural wastes to be processed for producing methane, protein-vitamin additives, biofertilizer, compost, heat and electric energy. EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider range of additional products obtained upon processing of agricultural wastes. 2 dwg
