FIELD: measurement technology, tests of bearings in units in process of operation and repair of machines and mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: gear testing state of rolling bearing includes drive, converter of angular position of shaft coupled to it, first current collector source of electric voltage, pulse former and second current collector connected in series, integrator and element of discrete count connected to output of pulse former, differential amplifier to one of which inputs/output of integrator is connected and voltage compensator is linked to other input. First input of two-coordinate register is connected to its output. Gear is fitted with device for circular radial loading of bearing, converter of angular position of load vector, converter of phase difference and mode change-over switch coupled to device. Output of switch is connected to second input of two-coordinate register one of which inputs is coupled to output of converter of angular position of load vector and other input of which is coupled to output of converter of phase difference connected with inputs to outputs of converter of angular position of shaft and angular position of load vector. Current collectors are manufactured for electric contact with races of bearing tested in unit and shaft of drive - for kinematic coupling with rotating races of bearing. Device for circular radial loading of bearing is made in the form of four identical DC permanent magnets creating radial forces along mutually perpendicular diametrical axes in plane perpendicular to axis of bearing.
