FIELD: medicine, toxicology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of leukocyte, lymphocyte, total protein content and ratio albumin/globulin in blood sample of organism damaged with methylphosphoric acid dialkylaminoethyl-O-alkyl ester (Vx). Value of index (Yx) that reflects severity degree with toxicant is calculated by the following formula: Yx = 0.01 L + 0.01 LM - 0.01 OB - 0.07 AG where: L - leukocyte content in blood sample; LM - lymphocyte content in blood sample; OB - total protein content in blood sample; AG - albumin/globulin coefficient of blood sample. At value Yx less (-0.767) the course of wound process under damage with toxicant Vx is determined as normal and without complications; at value Yx above (-0.767) index of severity degree is calculated by the formula: Yx = 0.02 L - 0.01 LM - 0.01 OB - 0.44 AG and at value index Yx less (-0.556) the course of wound process is determined as nonsignificant inflammatory one requiring minimal surgery interference; at value Yx above (-0.556) index is calculated by the formula: Yx = 0.01 L - 0.06 LM - 0.01 OB + 0.59 AG. At value index Yx less (-0.844) the course of wound process is determined as the expressed inflammatory one requiring surgery interference and intensive conservative treatment; at value Yx above (-0.844) index is calculated by the formula: Yx = 0.01 L - 0.13 LM + 0.03 OB - 2.39 AG and at value index Yx less (-2.854) the course of wound process is determined as severe and requiring the complex surgery interference and intensive therapy; at value Yx above (-2.854) the course of wound process is determined as very severe with possible lethal result for the first 10-20 h. EFFECT: simplified and universal method.
