FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and combustiology. Early surgical necrectomy and a one-stage skin graft are performed with transplantation. Allogenic adipogenic mesenchymal stem cells are inserted along the perimeter of the burn wound and subfascially under the transplanted graft. In a special case, the intramuscular introduction of allogenic adipogenic mesenchymal stem cells is performed. Allogenic adipogenic mesenchymal stem cells are introduced at beginning 2–3 days after injury, then at the first dressing.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for biotechnological skin repair by allogenic human stem cells.
