SUBSTANCE: zero radiometer has antenna 1, two identical modulators 2 and 12, receiver 3, pulse amplifier 4, high-pass filter 5, synchronous filter 6, comparator 7, control unit 8, output digital bus 9, two matched identical loads 10, 13, thermostated plate 11, first and second band-pass filters 14 and 15. Modulators and matched loads are mounted on thermostated plate and are in thermal contact with it. Second output of comparator 7 is connected to common wire.
