FIELD: underwater acoustics, searching systems of detection and direction finding to shoals of fish. SUBSTANCE: spatially-frequency analysis of hydroacoustic signals is realized by-processing in K angular channels corresponding to various directions of reception of phase front by means of parallel spectral analysis in each of K angular channels with formation of M frequency subchannels with their subsequent time discretization and comparison with corresponding threshold changing adaptively to automate processes of search and detection of hydrobionts, to determine their parameters and to classify them by types.
