FIELD: geophysics, deep electromagnetic probing of the Earth's crust with use of equipment of extremely low frequency radio communication. SUBSTANCE: excitation of probing signal is conducted by means of extremely low frequency radio installation which includes two radio transmitting module generators of sinusoidal current loaded to extended low-positioned horizontally oriented and grounded antennas on ends. Excitation of waves in waveguide "Earth-ionosphere" is performed with the aid of equivalent magnetic frame with area equal to product of conductor length by thickness of skin-layer in ground diminished by times. EFFECT: increased authenticity of method. 3 dwg
