SUBSTANCE: communication system includes a transmission system consisting of a master generator, a modulator, a control, protection and automation system, a power amplifier, a matching device, a antenna current and power supply indicator, and where the reception and detection of radiation (produced by VLF and ELF generators) are carried out with the help of trailed cable antenna, an antenna amplifier and a receiver of VLF and ELF range, that are on board of the underwater object; N transducers, 2N grounders of the antenna system are additionally introduced, and the antenna system is made in the form of an extended straight line with the length of several tens of hundreds of kilometers.

EFFECT: provision of electromagnetic compatibility of system for communication with RES, power lines, cable communication lines, engineering structures and the establishment of environmental safety conditions in the area of the location of the antenna system.
