FIELD: information transmission. SUBSTANCE: method is based on feature of inhomogeneous plasma regions, which are extended along magnetic field, to channel slow oscillations which are amplified by interaction with beams of charged particles which cause ionospheric disturbance. This results in possibility compensate absorption signal losses by means of natural process which accompanies ionospheric disturbance. This is achieved using frequencies which signals can be converted to wave modes, be amplified due to interaction with beam of charged particles and spread in ionosphere along their path which differs from paths of state-of-the-art ionospheric communication methods. EFFECT: increased operation capacity of ionospheric communication equipment during ionospheric disturbance periods without increase in transmitter power. 1 dwg
