FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to organise radio communication systems in decametre range. In compliance with proposed method, either sky wave propagation of radio waves between transmitter and receiver along short arc of large circle is used, or along long arc (backward echo), or propagation with the help of passive repeater. The latter is represented by radio wave diffusion by equatorial zone ionospheric discontinuities. For this, transmitting and receiving antennas are oriented in appropriate directions by watching optimum directions of radiation, reception and optimum frequencies for every method of propagation.
EFFECT: longer duration and higher reliability of communication in decametre range.
