SUBSTANCE: apparatus has syringe with piston and pipe connection, upper and lower planks for connecting two pipes so as to define rectangular elongated carcass, movable plank with retainer secured thereto, and three-way valve. Upper plank is equipped with opening and retainer protection device. Lower plank has central depression for syringe distal end and central aperture for pipe connection adapted for connection with three-way valve. Movable plank has circular slot for syringe proximal department and is adapted for displacement within slots provided in middle-upper part of pipes. Compression springs are positioned within pipes for applying force to movable plank.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in replacement of liquid under pressure from syringe.
