FIELD: implant materials. SUBSTANCE: preliminary selection of implant metal constructions (metal-osteosynthesis, endoprosthetics) to prevent unfavorable electrochemical effects on reparation processes and preserving integrity of metal construction being implanted consists in immersion of metal construction into 0.9% NaCl solution and in determining potential difference between them, initial potential difference not exceeding 30 mV and its increment during 4-h exposition constituting no higher than 250% of its initial value. EFFECT: eliminated side effects.
