FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring electrochemical potentials in metal structures to be implanted, under conditions quite similar to those in human organism in their homeostatic properties. The structures are immersed into 300 ml of blood stabilized with 50 ml ACPD-1-glugiciradenine 3-5 cm apart relative to each other. Initial potential difference is measured. The reservoir is placed into thermostat at 37 C and held there during 24 h. All the time, measurements are made by means of electronic potentiometer. The received data are plotted. The graphic line exceeding 150 mV within the last 18 h, metal structure is considered to be unsuitable for implanting. EFFECT: lower risk of postoperative complications.
