SUBSTANCE: orthopedic jacket has loading poles connecting thigh belt and thoracic belt of jacket, casing fastened to thigh belt and having multilayer inflated tube for lifting upper slide attached to thoracic belt. Some poles are made in the form of sleeve pivotally connected with thigh belt. Extensible cylinder positioned within sleeve is provided with piston whose stem is pivotally connected with thoracic belt. Piston cavity of cylinder is filled with piston shock-absorber such as compressed air or loaded compression spring. Other poles are made in the form of vertical guiding sleeve having extensible toothed drive wheel with upper and lower toothed racks connected with thoracic and thigh belts.
