FIELD: medicine, in particular, orthopedics, neurology and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: orthopedic jacket has loading poles connecting jacket belt portions adhering to thighs and chest. These portions are formed as inflatable pipe made from flexible longitudinally stretchable material. One end of inflatable pipe is plugged and other end is provided with device for connecting it through locking device to compressed air source. Poles have vertical portions of one pipe, which is directed through eyelets of belt portions adhering to thighs and chest or set of separate vertical pipes with contactless inserts spring-loaded in upward direction. Inserts are adapted to slide within pipe. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and usage and enhanced reliability in operation. 6 cl, 10 dwg
