SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supports 1, beams 2 with curved end section 3 and slot 4, and runner 5 positioned in slot 4. Couplings 6 are positioned on runner 5. Pneumatic cylinders 8 are positioned within cavity of couplings 6 which are provided with latches 7. Rack wheel 9 with teeth oriented in different directions has planks inserted into pneumatic cylinders 8. Stems 10 of pneumatic cylinders 8 have threaded ends 11 with reducing slots 12 and retaining nuts 13. Common pneumatic cylinder 14 mounted on support 1 has stem with flat end 15 and hole 16. Apparatus allows simultaneous dosed passive working of phalanx-wrist and interphalangeal joints of several hand fingers to be effectuated. Rack wheel 11 fixes finger joints for night period in the extreme bending or extreme unbending positions. Displacement of latches allows active motions to be effectuated.
