FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of nose disease treatment includes rendering of simultaneous effect on side surfaces of nose by means of continuous and pulsed laser radiation of infra-red range and by electric stimulation performed in synchronous mode. Device for nose disease treatment has semiconductor sources of continuous and pulsed laser radiations of infra-red range with radiators, electric stimulation unit with intranose and external laminated electrodes, control unit, synchronization unit, and output signal forming unit. Control unit is connected to sources of continuous and pulsed laser radiations of infra-red range and to electrodes. The latter are manufactured for spatial movement and fixing in position required for treatment. Control unit is capable of selecting the type of radiation and energizing the electrodes in succession in process of treatment. EFFECT: reduced time of treatment and higher therapeutic effect. 3 cl
