FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in surgical treatment of nasal cavity diseases. Intranasal splint contains basis from elastic material. Basis is made in form of plate (1) of heptagonal shape in plan. Plate (1) is provided with electrode plate (2), pressed into plate (1) in such a way that one side of electrode (2) faces outwards and is located in the same plane with surface of plate (1). Electrode (2) is oriented in plate (1) with possibility of its placement relative to lateral wall of nasal cavity along entire length of inferior turbinate after installation of nasal split to patient. Electrode (2) is made with free end, which is beyond the limits of plate (1), to provide possibility of connecting current conductor of apparatus for carrying out endonasal electrophoresis.

EFFECT: application of the invention will make it possible to increase treatment efficiency and reduce possibility of development of post-operative complications due to carrying out endonasal electrophoresis in early post-operative period, elimination of trauma to mucosa and reduction of pain sensation in patient during endonasal electrophoresis session.
