SUBSTANCE: device has electric stimulation unit with two electrodes one of which is made in the form of trensurethral catheter, laser effect unit with infra-red laser and unit of patient's state estimation. All of them are connected to control unit. Device has also neurostimulation unit connected to control unit. Unit of patient's state estimation is made as electropuncture diagnostic device. In addition, output window of infrared laser radiator is provided with circular permanent magnet the plane of which is perpendicular to direction of radiation spreading. Second electrode of electric stimulation unit is manufactured as rectal probe, and third electrode is made as plate. Device may be additionally provided with bioresonance therapy unit.
