FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has heating unit having heating element and thermometer winding mounted in its casing. Hygroscopic inlay for medicament solution and casing with through opening and head, electric connection member and stem are placed outside of heating unit body for making connection to vibrator unit. The heating element and thermometer winding are sealed in heating unit body by means of threaded cork mounted on its end. Canal is made in the heating unit body covered with perforated plate and connected to draining tube coming inside of the heating unit body, holder body and provided with end piece for receiving syringe. The casing with perforated holes is mounted on holder slit with tube connected to the heating unit body allowing conducting connection wires from the heating element an thermometer winding to electric connector having protection cap and inserted into the body like the holder.
