SUBSTANCE: contact member includes circular partition located in clearance between branch pipe and film remover which is made from two sectors located one above other. Lower sector is rigidly secured on outer surface of branch pipe and upper sector is rigidly secured on inner surface of film remover mounted for axial turn relative to branch pipe and provided with retainer at point where partition is mounted.
