SUBSTANCE: swirler is provided with tangential and angular guides made from angles; guides are located around axis of swirler; tangential guides are formed by webs of angle oriented perpendicularly to base of plate and axial guides are formed by adjacent webs located at angle relative to panel of plate. Total open area of swirler over axial and tangential guides is equal to section of branch pipe mounted above it. EFFECT: reduction of capital outlays and power requirements due to simplified construction, reduced overall dimensions and reduced usage of metals, as well as reduction of hydraulic resistance. 2 cl, 1 dwg
