FIELD: methods and devices for bringing in contact of gases and liquids in gas production, gas processing, chemical and oil producing industries. SUBSTANCE: method may be used in processes and apparatuses for absorption, rectification, for instance, treatment of natural or associated gas for its transportation. Method includes twisting of gas flow, supply of liquid to zone of low pressure, its dispersion and formation it into film on surface of rotation bodies with subsequent separation of gas-liquid flow into liquid and gas phases. In zone of gas flow twisting, before formation into film liquid is accumulated and formed into cylindrical rotating layer through which gas jets are bubbled. After that, liquid is separated and additionally dispersed with gas flow. Device for method embodiment includes base on which centrifugal members are mounted. Centrifugal member consists of cylindrical branch pipe whose upper part has separating appliance, and lower part with tangential swirler closed with bottom and having channels for supply of liquid to swirler bottom. Installed on swirler internal surface above tangential gas inlets is at least one circular overflowing partition with width governing the depth of liquid bubbling layer.
