FIELD: chemical engineering and environment protection. SUBSTANCE: special emphasis is placed on purification of worked out water-oil and water-crude oil emulsions stabilized with suspended admixtures in processes involved in environment protection systems. According to the first version, a sensor is placed in controlled point on column surface to locally affect extraction medium with its nonuniform magnetic field; semifluid dynamic membrane is formed; and magnetic fields induced by changes in concentrations of magnetically active membrane products are measured. Measured signals are calibrated in concentration units and data obtained are compared with reference values. In the second version, magnetic particles are injected into column at specified conditions, concentration of injected particles being selected in dependence on formation of stable membrane and specified sensitivity of sensor.
