FIELD: microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: classifier has housing 1, rotor 2 arranged inside the housing and provided with disks 3,4,5, branch pipe for introducing material 6, and branch pipes 7 and 8 for discharging coarse fraction and fine fraction, respectively. From the side of branch pipe 6 disk 3 is provided with grooves 9 for producing vortices. Between disks 4 and 5 are blades 10 for removing particles of fine fraction. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
