FIELD: separation of coarse and fine particles in air or gas flow. SUBSTANCE: proposed cyclone has housing axisymmetric vortex chamber, units for introduction of mixture of dispersed materials and air or gas-and-air mixture and unloading holes for removal of separated fractions and air. Located in upper portion of vortex chamber is unit for introduction of mixture of dispersed materials , suction pipe is located at center of vortex chamber, circular slot is provided over periphery (maximum radius) of vortex chamber which is connected via large fraction settling chamber with air or gas-and-air mixture inlet unit; fine fraction bin is located on one side from circular slot closer to center and coarse fraction bin is located on other side from circular slot. Proposed cyclone excludes use of other cyclones for cleaning waste air. Proposed cyclone ensures obtaining considerable centripetal acceleration. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning. 9 cl, 3 dwg
