FIELD: mechanical engineering; soldering of aluminium members and structured with zinc or zinc alloy coatings. SUBSTANCE: surfaces to be connected are coated with flux, are heated in furnace to obtain molten layer between connected members, and are held at this temperature. Molten layer is obtained in form of boundary zinc aluminium alloys formed by diffusion of part of surface layer material into material of members. Thickness of surface layer should be within 2 and 20 μm, preferably, 4-6 μm. Atmosphere in furnace should be either inert gas or air. Temperature of connection of members should be 450-620 C. EFFECT: improved quality of soldered joints. 6 cl, 4 dwg
