Abstract RU 2094227 C1

FIELD: production of two-component or single-component coal fuel elements ignited by matches. SUBSTANCE: method involves transferring from production of single-component fuel elements to production of two-component fuel elements by opening or cutting off auxiliary ignition mixture supply passage to provide or interrupt supply of mixture to extrusion head, respectively. Apparatus has forming core mounted in forming passage and provided with connecting member and cylindrical sleeve. Connecting member is positioned in front of mixture supply passage. Cylindrical sleeve is adjoining with its one end to outer end of connecting member. This end is provided with rectangular recess having sizes corresponding to that of section of mixture supply passage adjacent to zone of communication with forming annular passage. Connecting member has thickness equal to width of mixture supply passage. Cylindrical sleeve is provided with device positioned on its free end and adapted for rotation of sleeve, retaining it from longitudinal movement, fixation of rotation angle and supporting fuel element. Mentioned device is made in the form of flywheel axially mounted on sleeve. Device for retaining sleeve from longitudinal movement has annular projection on sleeve and pressure ring fixed on extrusion head for engagement with annular projection. Device for fixation of sleeve rotation angle has stops fixed on pressure ring and bead positioned on sleeve and adapted for engagement with stops, when sleeve is in its extreme positions. Fuel element supporting device has guiding sleeve with inner conical surface narrowing in the direction of movement of fuel element. Fuel element is positioned for free passage through guiding sleeve. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 6 cl, 5 dwg
