SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes supporting frame with horizontal arched flange made of angle shape with outer lower flange. Template has several members arranged with gap one relative to another with possibility of their radial displacement. Carriage that may move along arched-like guide made of angle shape has three vertical and two horizontal rollers.
