FIELD: railway transport; freight cars. SUBSTANCE: removable roof for gondola car has cross beams with sheathing fitted on top, charging hatches, fasteners for pressing roof to upper binder of gondola car side walls, lower frame, central longitudinal load bearing beam consisting of longitudinal tubular members, cross and vertical ties and adjustable stops installed from below at end faces of central longitudinal load bearing beam for displacement in longitudinal direction and made in form of thrust plates. Each thrust plate is coupled with bracket by means of fixed screws. Bracket is rigidly secured on central longitudinal load bearing beam. Holes are made in bracket in which screws are freely fitted. Nuts are installed on screws at two sides relative to bracket. Hatches to facilitate access to adjustable stops are made on end faces of roof. EFFECT: facilitated removal of roof. 3 cl, 4 dwg
