FIELD: reworking of secondary metals in breaking shipboard objects into scrap. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with stop and bracket on which power hydraulic cylinder is mounted; opposite rods of this cylinder are provided with drive sprockets which are embraced with bush-roller chains with cutting member mounted on them. Ends of chains are secured to bracket of frame. Working edge of cutting member is inclined at acute angle relative to longitudinal axis of hydraulic cylinder. Frame is provided with gripping devices and drive hydraulic station. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 dwg
