FIELD: railway transport; machines for construction and repair of railway tracks; lubrication of wheel flanges of rolling stock and other friction surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device has roller mounted on axle, plunger type pump, pipeline laid to pump, lubricating member mounted on frame which is secured on bogie or frame of railway vehicle by means of lever mechanism. Pump is secured on frame and is coupled with above-indicated roller by means of eccentrics. Delivery hole of pump is connected through check valve and pipeline with above- indicated lubricating member. EFFECT: reduced wear of wheel flanges and side surfaces of rails. 3 cl, 2 dwg
