FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in development of oil deposit at later stage. According to method, wells are located in deposit in rows. Working agent is injected through injection wells in cyclic mode and oil is recovered through producing wells in cyclic mode. Determined is reservoir pressure of intensive breakthrough of working agent along reservoir. Working agent is pumped through injection wells up to achieving reservoir pressure in injection zone above intensive breakthrough pressure of working agent along reservoir. Oil is recovered through producing wells up to achieving reservoir pressure in recovering zone below intensive breakthrough pressure of working agent along reservoir. Injection wells are operated in cyclic mode: 10-15 days each 1 and 2 wells are operated, each 3 and 4 are stopped, 10-15 days each 1 and 3 are operated, 2 and 4 are stopped, 10-15 days each 2 and 3 wells are operated, 1 and 4 are stopped, 10-15 days each 3 and 4 wells are operated, 1 and 2 are stopped. During 5-7 months producing wells from nearest row of producing wells are stopped against stopped injection wells for period of stoppage of nearest injection wells, and during 5-7 months they are operated in stable mode. Development is carried out in mode of maintaining preset reservoir pressure. EFFECT: high efficiency.
