SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil industry and may find application in development of oil deposit. At the last stage of deposit development, injection and production wells are stopped, technological exposure is carried out to balance bed pressure between zones of oil injection and recovery, production wells are put in operation with injection wells stopped, and oil is withdrawn through production wells. Production wells are stopped, technological delay is arranged to balance bed pressure between zones of oil injection and withdrawal, injection wells are put in operation with production wells stopped, and working substance is pumped through injection wells. Injection wells are stopped, technological delay is arranged to balance bed pressure between zones of oil injection and withdrawal, production wells are again put in operation with injection wells stopped, and oil is withdrawn through production wells. Then cycles are repeated. Duration of production wells operation is set as 1/5-2/5 more than duration of injection wells operation.

EFFECT: increased oil recovery of deposit.
