FIELD: refrigerating engineering; thermoelectric air-conditioners for cars. SUBSTANCE: device comprises air-conditioner with thermal batteries whose hot and cold junctions are connected to heat exchangers, heat sink for hot junctions of thermal batteries connected with hot heat exchanger by closed liquid loop and mounted before radiator of engine cooling system. It includes heater with fan and radiator. Device is provided with plates made from porous material and mounted on both sides of radiator forming passages for ventilation; they are also provided with sprinkler system. Radiator of heater is connected to closed liquid loop connecting the heat sink with hot heat exchanger. Liquid loop is provided with control device which may be connected to engine cooling system. Fan of heater and porous plates are in communication with cabin and under-hood space by means of air duct fitted with system of control dampers. Fan is mounted for reverse.
