SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in cabs of passenger and cargo vehicles. proposed air cooling and heating plant has unit of thermoelectric batteries with supply source and channels to pass liquid heat carrier from side of hot and cold heat transfers said heat transfers are connected to closed circulation circuits of hot and cold heat carriers. Cold heat carrier circulation circuit includes air radiator-cooler and first circulating pump. Hot heat carrier circulation circuit includes radiator-heater and second circulating pump. Radiator-heater and radiator-cooler are furnished with fans to blow through heated and cooled air, respectively. Thermoelectric battery unit is installed in housing in which two equal-volume spaces are formed. Heat exchange radiators are installed on cold and hot heat transfers whose packing factor is not less than 1000m2/m3.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved weight and dimension characteristics, reduced cost of servicing, improved ecological safety in operation.
