FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: conditioning system comprises additional radiator installed upstream standard vehicle radiator, thermoelectric conditioner comprising thermoelectric modules and heat exchanger with plates, compressor and additional power generator installed on internal combustion engine header. Mentioned heat exchanger with plates represents an assembled structure comprising aluminium rods (1), which are installed in staggered order, on which thin aluminium plates (2) are tightly put. Ends of aluminium rods (1) are pressed into two contact plates (3) made of aluminium, in which sides opposite to aluminium rods (1) are coupled with provision of thermal contact with bearing soldered joints of conditioner thermoelectric modules (4). Heat removal from bearing soldered joints of thermoelectric modules (4) is realised with the help of liquid heat sinks (5), from which one is equipped with nozzles (6) and connected to other heat sink with the help of tube (7). Thermoelectric conditioner is insulated with heat insulation (8) on sides.

EFFECT: design simplification and increased reliability of vehicle conditioning system.
