FIELD: silencers for small arms. SUBSTANCE: silencer has body made from composite material which working chamber houses discs with central holes fabricated from metal and composite material and mounted in alternating order for reciprocating motion and interaction with spring. Body can be manufactured from polymer fibres cemented with binder. Fibres are laid in rows and oriented at angles 0, 45 and 135 degrees to longitudinal axis. Cross-section of fibre may have shape of equilateral triangle. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, reduced production cost. 2 cl, 2 dwg
