FIELD: optical engineering. SUBSTANCE: ultraviolet radiation being measured is transformed to visible spectrum range by means of optical frequency converter and is supplied to filter which passes visible spectrum radiation with wave length not exceeding 0.6 mcm. Then it is applied to photodiode which registers visible spectrum range the intensity of which is directly proportional to intensity of ultraviolet radiation being measured. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 2 dwg
