FIELD: complex test of parameters of image converters. SUBSTANCE: salient feature of procedure lies in use of optical feedback for formation of optical reference image of sinusoidal lattice and its coherent conversion to Fourier image. In this case reference image with variable parameters is formed and function of its modulation transmission by Fourier image is carried out automatically by computer software and hardware. Image and its parameters are reconstructed by inverse Fourier transform, reconstructed parameters are compared with preset parameters and, if they differ, new parameters for initial reference image are being set by method of successive approximation till set and reconstructed parameters of images match completely. Reference image described analytically is formed in circular aperture with traveling raster rotating about its axis with variable angular velocity, movement speed, spatial frequency, contrast, spectrum and radiation intensity. In this case rotation and/or movement of sinusoidal lattice can be carried out discretely or without time interruption. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of device, raised accuracy of measured parameters of image converters and automatization of measurement process. 4 cl, 3 dwg
