SUBSTANCE: operation of instruction signal generation involves generation of validity signal using sums of converted coordinates of received input signal. Each coordinate of input signal is compared against threshold of possible solution before addition. Device has pulse distributor, AND gate, detector of source solutions, which has units which calculate estimation of mean value, variation and threshold, two AND gates, gates and comparators, unit which generates instructions and has three AND gates, two groups of gates, two groups of calculation units of conditional probabilities, calculation unit of optimal set and threshold, two comparators, module two adder, two adders and inverter. EFFECT: increased precision of model due to minimal probability of errors, increased speed of calculation and self-learning. 5 dwg
