SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information technologies and can be used in info-communication systems (ICS). In the info-communication system resources control method, by withdrawing them from a process which has requested system resources from the corresponding service server from the corresponding service server, wherein the exchange command is executed by the service server in several steps: forming channel under control of client of service of transfer and delivery of files of ICS, selection by client of port number on its computer and implementation of opening procedure for its port; sending a port number to a server of a service for transfer and delivery of ICS files, issuing a command to the specified port of the client computer by the server.

EFFECT: high intensity of servicing applications and throughput capacity of services based on the average number of timely operations supported by a server of a typical service of transport TCP connections in case of multiple different resources and incomplete a priori information on resources required for processes.
